Our manufacturing unit is located at Pollachi City, India, which is the hub of coconut farms and the marketplace of coconut based value-added products. Our manufacturing unit has state of the art material handling and compressing machines for 5KG Coco Blocks, Coco Grow Slabs, Coco Discs and dedicated Retail packing lines. We have also incorporated world-class infrastructure to store and process the raw and washed coco peat, a concrete drying yard and employ skilled workmen with well-established quality control process to ensure smooth and maximum value addition.

Above the output from our own manufacturing unit, we also outsource coco peat from over 100 manufacturing facilities, at strategic locations, who operate under our the direct supervision and strict quality control processes of our own skilled team. Our combined coco peat production capacity is around 300000 CBM (M³) per year.
